By leveraging advanced AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), we aim to help developers and organizations streamline their workflows, boost efficiency, and automate routine tasks. As we move toward finalizing our Proof of Concept (POC) and Minimum Viable Product (MVP), we are expanding our team and looking for a dedicated Customer Success Manager to ensure our clients achieve maximum value from our solutions.

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Customer Success Manager who will be the primary point of contact for our clients throughout their journey with Yolta. In this role, you will help users understand, adopt, and get the most out of our AI-powered development tools. You’ll collaborate with the product, engineering, and design teams to relay user feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and build long-term relationships that drive retention and satisfaction.
